Thank you for shopping with Gharsamaan.in. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, ship, and deliver your orders.

By placing an order on Gharsamaan.in, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed, we start processing it for packing and dispatch.

Most orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-demand periods may take longer to process.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver orders across serviceable locations in India.

Delivery availability may depend on:

  • Customer PIN code
  • Courier partner coverage
  • Product availability
  • Order value
  • Cash on Delivery availability, if selected

If your location is not serviceable, we may cancel the order and process an eligible refund for prepaid orders.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time usually depends on your location.

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days
  • Other cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or operational issues.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on selected orders, products, or promotional offers.

Cash on Delivery charges, handling charges, or special delivery charges may apply separately and may be non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Gharsamaan.

5. Cash on Delivery Shipping

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and locations.

For COD orders:

  • Please provide a correct mobile number and complete address.
  • You may receive a call, SMS, or WhatsApp message for order confirmation.
  • Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Refusing COD orders without a valid reason may affect future COD availability.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or your order page.

Tracking updates may take some time to reflect after dispatch.

If you do not receive tracking details within the expected time, you can contact our customer support.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery multiple times depending on their policy.

If the customer is unavailable, phone is unreachable, address is incorrect, or delivery is refused, the order may be returned to us.

For prepaid orders returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, shipping or handling charges may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Gharsamaan will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by:

  • Wrong PIN code
  • Incorrect house number
  • Incomplete address
  • Wrong mobile number
  • Customer not available at delivery location

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.

9. Damaged or Tampered Package

Please check the package condition at the time of delivery.

If the package looks damaged, opened, leaked, or tampered with, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

For damaged, defective, missing, or wrong-product claims, please share photos/videos with our support team within the return window mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Delayed Delivery

Although we try to deliver orders on time, delays may happen due to:

  • Courier service delay
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural events
  • Public holidays
  • Transport issues
  • High order volume
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect customer details

Gharsamaan is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Lost Shipment

If a shipment is marked lost by the courier partner, we may offer a replacement or refund after confirmation from the courier company.

The resolution may depend on product availability and courier investigation.

12. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request cancellation before the order is shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the order may be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

13. International Shipping

Currently, Gharsamaan.in does not offer international shipping.

Orders are delivered only within India, subject to courier serviceability.
