By placing an order on Gharsamaan.in, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
Customers can request order cancellation before the order is shipped or dispatched.
To cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your:
- Order ID
- Registered mobile number or email
- Reason for cancellation
Once the cancellation request is received, our team will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
2. Cancellation After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.
In such cases, customers may refuse delivery at the time of delivery or request a return after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation by Gharsamaan
Gharsamaan reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product out of stock
- Pricing or product information error
- Payment failure or payment verification issue
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer not reachable for order confirmation
- Delivery location not serviceable
- Suspected fraud, misuse, or fake order
- Any technical or operational issue
If a prepaid order is cancelled by Gharsamaan, the eligible refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
4. Prepaid Order Refund After Cancellation
For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval. Actual bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.
5. Cash on Delivery Order Cancellation
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers can request cancellation before shipping.
If a COD order is shipped and the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, Gharsamaan may restrict Cash on Delivery availability for future orders.
6. Cancellation of Discounted or Offer Products
Orders placed during offers, discounts, combo deals, clearance promotions, or limited-time campaigns may be cancelled before shipping only.
Once shipped, such orders will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Address or Order Changes
If you want to change your shipping address, mobile number, product variant, or quantity after placing an order, please contact us before the order is shipped.
Once the order is shipped, changes may not be possible.
8. Failed or Pending Payment Orders
If payment is failed, pending, or not confirmed by the payment gateway, the order may not be processed.
If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with payment proof. After verification, we may confirm the order or process a refund as applicable.

Cancellation is not guaranteed until confirmed by Gharsamaan support. If the order has already been shipped, the request may be rejected and handled under the Return & Refund Policy.
